Joined CFAC since 2014, I had the chance to manage the audit department. In 2015, the company F3A was created on the proposal of the founder of CFAC to guarantee the independence of legal audit missions in relation to accounting assistance missions. As a partner and manager of F3A, I learned to work independently while respecting regulatory and ethical standards, in order to offer our clients quality audit services. Yosri M'SAHLII am M'sahli Khawla, Managing Director of CFAC Consulting. I started as an accounting associate where I quickly became captivated by transforming ideas into reality, while respecting deadlines and budget. Thanks to CFAC, I have worked on projects of all sizes and in various sectors, developing essential skills in planning, resource management, communication and problem solving. In June 2014, I joined CFAC Groupe, where I saw my technical and interpersonal skills evolve thanks to varied projects and the supervision of my superiors. This experience allowed me to develop my teamwork, my initiative and my responsibilities. I progressed from HR assistant to HR manager, then to the position of manager of Maghreb Payroll. I am proud to be part of the CFAC team and grateful for these new opportunities and challenges.
